We tested Tyler Thomas' dessert for tomorrow night’s Eat Y'all CONNECT Dinner which is being held at Union Public House in Pensacola. Looking forward to collaborating with Chef Blake Rushing again! This dish is composed of Sweet Grass DairyGreen Hill Double Cream wrapped in our flaky scratch puff pastry and finished with our Plant City Strawberry & jalapeño glaze, garnished with chocolate mint grown here at The American. Here's a flashback Friday for 'ya! 😁

Savannah was good to us, we had a great little getaway. The big highlight of our trip was having the pleasure of meeting Ben and Erin Napier! What they’ve done for Laurel is remarkable. They are certainly an inspiration to us as we continue to work toward the revitalization of our hometown, Bainbridge!

We are closed for lunch today due to a renovation project that has run behind schedule, we apologize for the inconvenience! We will be opening at 5:00 for dinner, Happy Hour until 7. 🥂
